11. Can i cancel my reading, if i change my mind? Refunds?

If you choose to cancel please do so within 24 hours of your booking. Your reading can re-scheduled if you wish. There is a no-show policy of 15 minutes. If you are late you will be asked to reschedule. This ensures a fair service to all who book to keep appointments on time.
Any payment made would be issued back to you once i receive notification of this cancellation. Unless the reading was claimed under a free offer in which no payment was made. A full list of terms and conditions, and privacy policy not limited to your consumer rights can be found at
